How will my Package arrive?
FAST...and private. We ship using insured Canada Post expedited parcel and Canada Post Express parcel. Some common questions have been answered below.
Q: How long will it take to get my package?
A:
-all orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of reciept (business days, in stock items). Shipments are not processed on major holidays (ie:Christmas, New Years, Canada Day etc...) Canadian Sex Toys cannot be held responsible for shipping errors and delays by Canada Post or incorrect address information.
-the EXPRESS and EXPEDITED shipping that is paid for at the time of check out is for Canada Post s delivery time once it receives the package from us. (see chart below)

- Shoppers in remote areas should allow more time for delivery. Remote addresses usually have the letter 'O' in the postal code. If you would like a more accurate estimate contact cs@canadiansextoys.ca with your mailing address.
Q: What will be on the box?
A: Nothing, except your name and address and our name and address as:
A: No, to make sure your package stays private, and just for you, you will receive a notification card. You will have to go to the post office to get it.
Q: Do I have to sign for my package?
A: Yes, you must sign for it.
Q: What happens if Canada Post looses my package?
A: Although this is very very rare, it can happen. Don't worry, contact us at cs@canadiansextoys.ca if you have been tracking your package and you think it has gone missing. We will contact Canada Post on you behalf. If they cannot locate the package, once they have finished looking. We will reship your package to you.
