Shipping Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: If your order is over $75.00 Expedited shipping is Free
    If your order is under $75.00 Expedited shipping is $10.95
    If you want your order sent Express, shipping is $16.95
    If you want COD shipping and your order is over $75.00, shipping is $12.95
    If you want COD shipping and your order is under $75.00, Shipping is $16.95
    If you want your order send Express COD, shipping is $24.95

Q: Who do you ship with?
A: All packages are sent with Canada Post Expedited or Express parcel.

Q: What will my package look like?
A: Please see our privacy information link at the top of this page

Q: Will you notify me when my package ships?
A: Yes you will receive online tracking info directly from Canada Post. To make sure your tracking info makes it to you and does not get blocked, please add sales@canadiansextoys.ca as an 'allowed' contact and well as canadapost.ca

Q: How long will my package take to arrive?
A: Once processed which usually takes 24 hours for IN STOCK ITEMS (We do not ship on weekends or stat holidays. Estimated shipping times are:
      - Expedited parcel or COD 2 to 15 business days
      - Express parcel or COD 1 to 7 business days
Note: if you live in a remote area (where your postal code has a letter 'O' in it) Please allow extra time. As you already know mail service may have a delay.

Q: What if the package I receive has been damaged?
A: From time to time a package is damaged during shipping. Please inspect your items closely for damage. We will replace broken items without question** as long as we are notified within 24 hours of picking up your package. We will not replace an item if the damage is limited to the packaging the product comes in. We do not pay for return shipping, but as the package is insured once we receive the credit from Canada Post, a shipping credit will be applied. Substitutions or cash credit for the return item are not allowed. Only replacement of the damaged item will be sent on inspection of your return.

Q: Will the post office deliver my package?
A: No, due to the nature of what we ship we do not allow the post office to deliver. This is done to prevent a minor or unwanted person from opening your package.

Q: How will I know when my package arrives?
A: When your order ships you will be sent a tracking email. You will be able to watch your order online as it travels from us to you. When you package arrives a card will be put in your mail box. Bring this card to the post office to retrieve your package.

Q: Weill a signature be required to get my package?
A: Yes

Q: What happens if Canada Post looses my package?
A: Once Canada Post confirms the package is lost (7-10 business days) after the delivery guarantee that was given with your tracking info. We will reship your order. This is a very rare occurrence.
